The ENCOUNTER PROCESS

The Encounter Process serves to structure meetings and the work that supports them. The other tools and methods in ICON9TM either fit into this process, in the sense that their use can be linked to specific process steps, or they support it in a more general sense.

The process is in five steps: Prepare, Engage, Do, Check and Follow-up.

I will not trouble the reader with the historical explanation of the compass-needle shape. Let’s say that it’s a reminder of the sense of direction that a good top-level process provides.
