Description
The Client Encounters Using ICON9 training course gives you a practical framework of tools and methods for highly-technical, customer-facing work. It provides straightforward models, reinforced with exercises and exchanges with other professionals. As a result:

Monday April 10th
08h40 : Welcome & coffee in the lobby
09h00 - 17h30: Training session, including breaks and lunch
Tuesday April 11th

Wednesday April 12th

09h00 - 14h00: Training session, including breaks and lunch
The course will take place at Hotel Lesdiguieres, Grenoble
The hotel is close to tram and bus stops, and there is a free cark park.

Rhythym, Food, Language
The training content is roughly 50% lecture and discussion and 50% exercises and debrief. We take breaks as makes sense,
according to your progress and preferences.
Water, coffee, tea, snacks and lunch are provided. The restaurant is first class, as well as being interesting and fun.
The restaurant staff are apprentice cooks and waiters, supervised by teachers from the school that runs the hotel.
So we can practice our empathy skills at lunch as we switch roles and see how the waiting staff handle us, their clients!

The spoken language for the course will be French and the support material (slides, exercise sheets, etc.) will be in English.
