The ENCOUNTER PROCESS

The Encounter Process serves to structure meetings and the work that supports them. The other tools and methods in ICON9^TM either fit into this process, in the sense that their use can be linked to specific process steps, or they support it in a more general sense.

The process is in five steps: Prepare, Engage, Do, Check and Follow-up.

I will not trouble the reader with the historical explanation of the compass-needle shape. Let's say that it's a reminder of the sense of direction that a good top-level process provides.
